Client Charter

Description

Menyediakan kemudahan infrastruktur ICT yang berkualiti.

  • Menyedia dan membangunkan system maklumat dan aplikasi merangkumi Sistem Kewangan  dan  Sumber Manusia Universiti,  Sistem Pengurusan Aset, Sistem Dokumen dan Pengurusan Pejabat, pembangunan sistem-sistem baru dan proses ‘reengineering’.
  • Menyedia dan menyokong keperluan ICT bagi tujuan pengajaran dan pembelajaran merangkumi pengurusan sistem E-learning, E-portfolio,
    UTMotion, UTM Grid, khidmat sokongan teknikal untuk Grid/cluster serta pengurusan makmal pelajar dan multimedia.
  • Menyediakan khidmat pengguna dan sokongan kepada semua staf UTM merangkumi khidmat sokongan teknikal dan perisian.
  • Menyediakan  perkhidmatan dan membantu dari segi keperluan perkhidmatan ‘videoconferencing’, ‘digital signage’, laman web UTM dan PTJ, media sosial, ‘website analytics’ dan‘web streaming’.
  • Membuat perancangan dan pembangunan merangkumi perancangan strategik ISP, pengurusanprojek, statistik dan laporan, kemajuankerjaya, pengurusankualiti, risiko dan kontrak.
  • Memastikan ciri-ciri keselamatan ICT dilaksanakan merangkumi pengurusan Polisi ICT, pengujiandan audit sumber/sistem/aplikasi, pengurusan identiti/LDAP dan pemantauan operasi sistem.
  • Mengurus dan mentadbir pangkalan data universiti, pengurusan ‘backup’ dan ‘recovery’ sertakeselamatanpengkalan data.
  • Mengurus data university dari segi system arkitektur, pengekstrakan data,intergrasi system dan pelaporan.
  • Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan literasi ICT di kalangan pengguna.

Provides quality ICT infrastructure.

  • Prepare and develop the information system and application system include University of Finance and Human Resources, Asset Management System, Document Management System Office, the development of new systems and processes ‘reengineering’.
  • Prepare and support the needs of ICT for teaching and includes learning management system E-learning, E-portfolio, UTMotion, UTM Grid, technical support services for Grid / cluster and laboratory management and multimedia students.
  • Provide users and support to all staff UTM includes technical support services and software.
  • Provides help in terms of service requirements ‘videoconferencing’, ‘digital signage’, UTM PTJ website, social media, ‘Website analytics’ dan’web streaming’.
  • Planning and development include strategic planning ISP, pengurusanprojek, statistics and reports, kemajuankerjaya, quality management, risk and contract.
  • Ensuring the security features implemented include the management of ICT ICT policy, audit pengujiandan sources / systems / applications, identity management / LDAP and monitoring system operation. Manage and administer database universities, management ‘backup’ and ‘recovery’ sertakeselamatanpengkalan data.
  • Manage data university in terms of system architecture, data extraction, integration and reporting system. Improving knowledge and ICT literacy among consumers.
