SISTEM ADUAN PELANGGAN PUSAT TEKNOLOGI MAKLUMAT DAN KOMUNIKASI (ADU@IT) ini dibina bagi memudahkan Pelanggan CICT :-

  • Membuat aduan permasalahan perkakasan dan perisian computer (Staf )
  • Membuat aduan permasalahan capaian ke internet (Staf dan Pelajar)
  • Membuat aduan permasalahan sistem maklumat universiti (Staf dan Pelajar)
  • Menyemak status aduan yang telah dilaporkan (Staf dan Pelajar)

CUSTOMER COMPLAINT SYSTEM CENTER OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY  (ADU@IT) built to facilitate customers CICT : –

  • Complaining computer hardware and software problems ( Staff )
  • Complained of problems of access to the internet ( staff and students )
  • Complaining problems of university information system ( staff and students )
  • Check the status of complaints that have been reported ( staff and students )
