CICT Lift Under MaintenancePlease be informed that the University through the Office of Asset and Development (PHB) will carry out work to replace a new elevator (Block D07, CICT UTM JB) by planning the work as follows:

1. ‘Dismantling” (Lift Began Closed) – – – 15th until 18th of May 2017
2. ‘Installation’ – – –  29th May 2017 until  2nd July 2017
3 ‘Testing and Commissioning’ & Inspection by Department of Occupational Safety and Health (OSHE) – – – 3rd until 30th of July 2017
4. ‘Handover’ Preparation (Repair of ‘Defect’ and Cleaning) – – –  31st July 2017 until 6th August 2017

Hopefully it’s in the record with the PTJ mainly to UTM / external parties who will use / CICT UTM JB rented space including the catering during the period mentioned above.\

Dimaklumkan bahawa pihak Universiti melalui Pejabat Harta Bina (PHB) akan melaksanakan kerja-kerja penggantian lif baru (Blok D07, CICT UTM JB) berdasarkan perancangan kerja-kerja seperti berikut :

1. ‘ Dismantling” (Lif Mula Ditutup) – 15 Mei 2017 hingga 28 Mei 2017
2. ‘Installation’ – 29 Mei 2017 hingga 02 Julai 2017
3 ‘Testing and Commissioning’ dan Pemeriksaan Jabatan Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan (JKKP) – 03 Julai 2017 hingga 30 Julai 2017
4. Persediaan ‘Handover’ (Pembaikan ‘Defect’ dan Pembersihan) – 31 Julai 2017 – 06 Ogos 2017

Semoga ianya dalam makluman bersama terutamanya kepada pihak PTJ UTM / pihak luar yang akan menggunakan / menyewa ruang CICT UTM JB termasuk pihak catering dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan di atas.
